Information handled by the game

Personal best scores, game settings and preferences are stored locally on your device or in your browser. We do not require an account, and the current game has no purchases, subscriptions or payment forms.

In the Android app, a neutral age screen appears before advertising services start. A date of birth is processed only on your device to determine an age band. The date itself is not stored by the game or sent by the game to Infineers, Google or an advertising partner. If you continue without sharing it, advertising stays off for that session.

For an adult result, the Android app may request an age signal supplied by Google Play. We use the returned status or age range only to choose an age-appropriate advertising mode. We do not receive an exact date of birth from Google Play.

Advertising and consent

The Android app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google User Messaging Platform. When ads are permitted, Google may process IP address, ad interactions, diagnostics and device or account identifiers for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Available choices and the information used depend on your age treatment, region, device settings and consent.

Players classified as under 18 receive child-directed, non-personalized, general-audience ad treatment. Rewarded ads are available only to adults. Unknown-age players and players who continue without sharing their age receive the full game without ads. When required, the app provides Google privacy options so a player can review or withdraw consent.

In the browser game, Google advertising code loads only when advertising is enabled for the visitor's region and an adult explicitly allows it. That preference is stored in browser storage and can be withdrawn on the game page.

Service providers, security and retention

Our hosting and distribution providers process network requests, IP addresses and security logs to deliver and protect the website and app. Google Play and Google advertising services process information under their own terms. We do not install a separate gameplay analytics SDK and do not sell personal information.

Local game data remains until you clear the app's data, uninstall the app, or clear this site's browser storage. Service providers retain operational, security and advertising records under their own policies. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can play without sharing a date of birth, decline browser advertising, use the in-app privacy options where shown, reset or delete the Android advertising ID in device settings, and remove local game data from your device or browser.

For access, correction, deletion, consent or privacy questions, email infineers@gmail.com. Please do not include passwords, payment credentials or a child's date of birth. Changes

We may update this policy when the game, law or service providers change. We will publish the updated effective date here. Material changes will be presented in the app or website when appropriate.
